Major Dude.（メジャードゥード）

当時アメリカで流行だったRAVEに影響され16歳で初めて作曲。The Crystal MethodやThe Chemical Brothersに憧れDJとして活動を始める。

新たな刺激を求め2002年日本に移住するも、東京の多彩な文化にインスパイアーされ作曲を始める。そんな彼のプロデュースワークは瞬く間に知れ渡り、メジャーからアンダーグラウンドシーンでオファーが殺到。

それから8年が経過し、現在 BoA、倖田來未、東方神起、m-floなど様々なアーティストのプロデュース／リミックスを手がける。そんな彼のワークスは国内に止まらず、Keri Hilson、Gwen Stefani、The Chemical Brothers などのアーティスト達の曲もリミックス。

彼のサウンドには80's エレクトロニックミュージック、70's サイケデリカ、カントリーミュージックからフランクシナトラ等のテイストが含まれるが、そんな多種多様なジャンルをハードかつファンキー、そしてバウンシーにしてしまうのが MAJOR DUDE。進化し続ける彼のプロダクションに期待が集まる。

Major Dude.

He first started making music at the age of 16, during the rise of the early rave scene in the United States. Inspired by electronics acts such as The Crystal Method and The Chemical Brothers, he began performing and DJ-ing at various raves/parties. Seeking new thrills, he spontaneously decided to move to Tokyo in 2002, and was quickly consumed with the fashion and the futuristic vibes of the city.

Fast forward 8 years and he has now produced/remixed for the likes of BoA, Koda Kumi, Tohoshinki, m-flo, and countless other artists. Producer by day and DJ by night, he shut down all the major and underground clubs in Tokyo with his electro/tech house sets. His musical versatility created him a buzz, as his remixes for Keri Hilson, Gwen Stefani, The Chemical Brothers, etc. were being played in clubs. From country western to Frank Sinatra, to 80s electro to 70s psychadelica, his productions are equally diverse in their sound, but one thing they all have in common is the hard, funky bounce.

很快地過了八年了,他幫無數的歌手製作和混音,像是 BoA, 倖田來未, Tohoshinki, m-flo等. 白天他是音樂製作人,晚上他是DJ. 他讓東京的主流與非主流的夜店都感受到他帶給大家的 electro/tech house 的音樂魅力. 他在音樂上的多才多藝帶給他許多機會,由他所混的 Keri Hilson, Gwen Stefani, The Chemical Brothers 等都是在夜店裡耳熟能詳的歌.
